Napanee Golf & Country Club
Always Time for Nine
The Napanee Golf and Country Club (est. 1897), has been welcoming golfers in parts of three centuries and is one of Canada’s most challenging 9 hole golf course.
The most famous golfer to have played the course is Sam Snead, who played two rounds here in August of 1959. Sam Snead shot a record-setting 63 in his second round. A copy of his scorecard is displayed in the pro shop. Josh Whalen currently holds the course record, (62), set on September 29, 2017.
A “Must See” Course
Napanee Golf and Country Club offers dual tee-boxes which have been strategically located on each hole to provide a genuine 18 hole golf experience.
Our course features towering stands of pine, maple, and oak trees, gently rolling fairways, and well-maintained greens that run fast and true. Napanee is not only one of the areas “must play” golf courses, it is also one of the areas “must see.”
