The Eighth Hole (par 4)
At 392 yards, this straight away par 4 requires careful placement of the tee shot. Mature trees guard access to the fairway, and an undulating fairway can result in tricky uphill or downhill approach shots.
A long drive to the centre of the fairway will produce a flat lie. Low areas in front of the green often gather approach shots before they have a chance to roll on. The green slopes back to front, plus the front of the green slopes away to both the left and the right sides.
