Hole 17
The Seventeenth Hole (par 4)
At 367 yards, this straight away par 4 is a shortened version of hole number eight.. Mature trees guard access to the fairway, and an undulating fairway can result in tricky uphill or downhill approach shots.
However, because of the shortened distance, it should be a little easier to be rewarded by a long drive to the centre of the fairway and a flat lie. Low areas in front of the green often gather approach shots before they have a chance to roll on. The green slopes back to front, plus the front of the green slopes away to both the left and the right sides.
